Offensive behavior make Tina very sad. 
Offenses include but are not limited to:
-Over consumption of booze
-Violating alcohol rules at our venue
-Buggery on the high seas
-Race poaching
-Course cutting
-Manhandling of or failure to tip (give gratuity) OBRA officials
-General rules of chivalry shall apply (you must lay your coat in a mud puddle if a rider using gears needs to ride through it)

By attending the world’s best and most awesome bicycle race – as either a participant or spectator - you are agreeing to the following:
Interfering with this, the best day of everyone’s life in any way is a capital offense.
One last note that shouldn’t need to be stated: We the promoters have designed a race that is humbling enough to determine champions who are the least weak of all. Spectators need not alter our course or hinder riders in any way – we the promoters will do that for you so you can simply enjoy the show.
